Privacy Policy

How Dojo Suite handles website information and demonstration inquiries.

About this policy and contacting us

NAV Masters, LLC operates the Dojo Suite marketing website.

This policy describes the Dojo Suite marketing website, its demonstration request form and its product presentation videos. It does not describe information handled inside Dojo Reach, Dojo Focus or Dojo Manage applications. For privacy questions or requests, email info@dojo-suite.com.

Demonstration inquiries

When you request a demonstration, we collect your name, email address, contact phone number, school or studio name, product interest and any optional message about your school's challenges. Name, email, phone and school are required by the form; product interest has a preselected option. Please do not include sensitive personal information or student records in your message.

We use inquiry information to respond to you and arrange a demonstration. The form sends the information to our demonstration-email service running on a Cloudflare Worker. Resend processes email notifications for delivery to our designated inquiry inbox. The form also submits a hidden spam-detection field and a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token for security checks. Submitting a demonstration request does not give consent to optional analytics.

Hosting, security and video delivery

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare Workers and R2 provide delivery of the three product presentation videos, which play in your browser's native video player. These video embeds do not use YouTube. Cloudflare Turnstile provides anti-spam verification for the demonstration form.

Website, security-check and video requests convey technical information such as IP address, browser/request headers and requested resources to the services handling those requests. Video requests also include information needed for playback and seeking, such as byte ranges.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is currently disabled. If analytics is enabled in a future approved release, it will load only after you choose Accept. It would help us understand visits, product and demonstration links, form starts, successfully submitted demonstration inquiries and video playback milestones. Analytics requests also convey technical device, browser and network information to Google.

The website's analytics adapter uses fixed page labels and product values. It does not include your form name, email address, phone number, school name or message in analytics event parameters. It excludes page query strings, URL fragments, referral URLs and arbitrary campaign values. Advertising consent is kept denied and Google signals are disabled in the adapter.

Analytics cookies and your preferences

The consent banner gives you equal Accept and Reject choices. You can browse, watch the videos and request a demonstration without accepting analytics. Reject keeps optional analytics off. Accept cannot turn analytics on while the website's analytics release switch is disabled; we will ask for a new choice if analytics is subsequently enabled.

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to reopen the controls and change your choice at any time. Your preference is saved in this browser's local storage as dojo-suite.analytics-consent. The record contains your choice, the policy version and whether analytics was enabled for that choice, with no form values. It has no time-based expiry in the current implementation. A policy-version or analytics-enabled-state change requires a new choice. Clearing browser data also removes the preference. Choices are separate for different website origins and browsers. If your browser cannot save preferences, the choice applies only on the current page and the controls explain this.

If analytics is enabled and accepted, Google Analytics can use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_J628RXVX1Q. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops further analytics event forwarding by this website's adapter and attempts to remove these cookies at applicable website host and parent-domain scopes. It does not delete information already received by Google or cancel requests already in transit. The form's separate security verification continues to operate when analytics is rejected.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for website hosting, security, the demonstration-email endpoint and video delivery, and Resend for inquiry email processing. Consent-based Google Analytics would involve Google if analytics is separately enabled and accepted. Information is handled through those services for the functions described above. Contact us with questions about the handling of your inquiry.

Inquiry retention

Our policy is to retain contact-form inquiry information for 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, subject to applicable legal obligations. Applying this period requires operational review and deletion of inquiry records and related emails; this website does not enforce automatic deletion when the period ends.

This inquiry retention commitment does not assign a retention period to hosting/security logs, browser preference storage, analytics data or service-provider backups. Those depend on the relevant systems, account settings and operational procedures. You can contact us about retention of your information.

Access, correction or deletion requests

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your inquiry information, email info@dojo-suite.com. Describe what you would like us to do and provide enough information to locate your inquiry, such as the email address you used and an approximate submission date. Please avoid sending sensitive identity documents with your initial request.

We may need additional information to verify the request before providing or changing records. We will consider the request and any applicable legal obligations, and communicate with you about the action taken or information needed. This policy does not promise automatic deletion, a fixed response time or deletion of records that must be retained under applicable obligations.

Changes to this policy

Updates will appear on this page. When a change requires a new analytics choice, the website's consent-policy version will be updated so the controls request that choice again.
